Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
The nose is quite light and fresh. There are some green notes with a lovely barley sweetness, stemmy cut hay and warm countryside air. The palate is smooth and well-balanced. There are notes of peels and mixed dried fruits. The cereal sweetness is rich and full and there are notes of barley sugar and vanilla fudge. The finish is spiced and peppery with a creamy texture.
