This is a youthful single grain Scotch whisky from the Girvan distillery, drawn from a single refill barrel that was laid down in 2007 and matured for 8 years. It was independently bottled by Douglas Laing for The Clan Denny range, which boasts many a tasty grain.

Nose
Peppermint, cardamom and waves of soft vanilla.
Palate
Honey'd cereal, jam tarts and toffee.
Finish
Vanilla tablet and drying spices.
