Description
Grand stuff from the Girvan distillery, this single grain spent 32 years maturing between 1989 and 2022. That time was spent in a single bourbon barrel, yielding a total of 157 bottles, independently released by House of MacDuff for the Golden Cask collection.

Nose
Honeyed nuts and granola, fresh vanilla, and melted butter, with drying, woody spice in the distance.
Palate
Generous layers of juicy soft stone fruits and vanilla cream, custard, and fruit studded muffins.
Finish
Baked apples, drizzled with sugar, with gingerbread and zesty spice.
