A glorious single grain Scotch whisky from Girvan, distilled in 1991 and matured in ex-bourbon casks for 30 years! This was independently bottled by Chapter 7 in 2021 as part of its Monologue series, with an outturn of 547 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Vanilla cream and soft toffee, dried fruits, floral sweetness, and soaked oak.

Palate: Fruity raisins, sultanas, and also tropical wafts of banana. Honey nut cereal and oatcakes with marmalade.

Finish: Caramelised nuts, baking spices with just a touch of mint, and lingering peppery oak.
