A glorious single grain Scotch whisky from Girvan, distilled in 1991 and matured in ex-bourbon casks for 30 years! This was independently bottled by Chapter 7 in 2021 as part of its Monologue series, with an outturn of 547 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Vanilla cream and soft toffee, dried fruits, floral sweetness, and soaked oak.

Palate Fruity raisins, sultanas, and also tropical wafts of banana. Honey nut cereal and oatcakes with marmalade.

Finish Caramelised nuts, baking spices with just a touch of mint, and lingering peppery oak.
