30 year old single grain from the Girvan Distillery - what a treat! This one was distilled back in 1990 and allowed to matured in a bourbon cask for three decades. Following that rest, The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. bottled it up in 2021 for The Cooper's Choice range, with an outturn of just 240 bottles.

Nose
Brioche, Nice biscuits, toffee, mince pie filling and green apple.
Palate
Loads of vanilla here, with a touch of caraway and bubble-gum underneath.
Finish
Banana fritter, greengages, peanut brittle.
