Single cask grain whisky from the Girvan distillery, independently bottled by Càrn Mòr. This one was aged in a bourbon barrel for 28 years - from December 1989 to June 2018. Just 232 bottles were produced, presented at cask strength.
Nose: Melted butter and cooking chocolate, with a hint of Hobnob biscuit.
Palate: Beeswax, lemon zest, crusty brown bread and cinnamon.
Finish: Nutmeg, eucalyptus, dried peels and caramel.
