Joining the Rare Auld collection of single grains from independent bottler Duncan Taylor comes this tremendous expression from Girvan! Distilled in April 2009, the whisky spent a dozen years resting in a single oak cask, until it was bottled up in August 2021, with a total of 477 bottles released.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Buttery, glazed pain aux raisin, gentle orange zest, a whiff of coconut and milk bottle sweeties.

Palate: Candied citrus, honeyed granola and creamy vanilla, flaky pastry with soft oak spice.

Finish: Peppery spice increases, whilst plenty of sweet buttery brioche, toasty cereal, and gentle zest lingers.
