10 year old Girvan single grain Scotch whisky, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 2007 and transferred over to an octave cask for a four-month finishing period before being bottled in 2017. Only 77 bottles were produced.
Frosting-topped cupcakes, apricots and waxy orange.
Chewy toffee, green apples and a touch of allspice.
Clean linen, sponge cake and cider.
