Gelston's Single Pot Still
Gelston's has gone and released a Single Pot Still expression! The Irish whiskey is distilled from a blend of both malted and unmalted barley, and matured solely in bourbon casks. There's lots of citrus and biscuit notes to be found in this one!

Nose
Lemon shortbread and candied peels.
Palate
Super nutty, with oily walnut, notes of grist and chocolate bourbon biscuits.
Finish
Chocolate porridge, rolled oats and orange oil.
