Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Honey, green apple and tobacco, leading into medicinal smoke and a waft of sea salt.

Palate: Chocolatey at first, though still packing plenty of peat. A few hints of bright citrus and sultanas, as well as good coffee.

Finish: Lasting tangy tropical fruit and peppery smoke.

Peat's Beast 27 Year Old Reviews

An elegant smoked monster of a dram

Pale gold hue. Medicinal but subtle nose. Warming and dry on the palate with elegant smoke. The finish is oh so long with that bonfire smoke lasting a goodly while. A triumph.
