Palate: A rich, oily mouthfeel, with sweet and spicy notes balancing well. Candied ginger and more of that custard, with tinned peach, damp oak and honey.
Finish: Sweet cinnamon and peppery oak, with tobacco and more creamy vanilla lingering.
