Port Finish
A rather special bottling from the Forest Distillery - this is its first private bottling of single malt Scotch whisky. It was distilled on Orkney in 2008 before resting in a single ruby Port barrique for the next 11 years. In 2019 it was then bottled in Scotland with in a limited release of only 387 bottles. As always, the whisky is presented in a stunning porcelain bottle, which is even glazed with real gold.
Toasty oak with jammy red berries and a pinch of white pepper.
Still packed with juicy berries - think raspberry and boozy blackcurrant. Hints of salinity further within.
Quite chocolatey, with a touch of fizzy orange later on.

This is basically an 11YO highland park in a port cask! Very rare and very collectible!!
