Forest Whisky is up to its tenth batch! This expression is made with whiskies aged for at least eight years, and finished in a 50 year old Oloroso sherry cask, imparting plenty of warming dried fruit notes. As ever, it's presented in a marvellous ceramic bottle, and featuring a weasel as part of the design. Weasels are great. Everyone knows this.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Melted butter, caramel popcorn, sultanas, dried apricots.

Palate: Malty on the palate with lots of vanilla and honey, supported by flashes of stem ginger and dates.

Finish: Spicy cassia and toasted teacake.
