Forest Whisky Blend Number Nineteen
It's the nineteen batch of Forest Whisky, a blended malt from the team at the Forest Distillery in the Peak District National Park. Made completely with malt whiskies, it has been finished in heavily-charred American oak casks, bringing an extra helping of tastiness to the table. Plus, there's a gold weasel on the ceramic bottle, and that's wonderful.

Nose
Chocolate orange, vanilla, a touch of charred cedar.
Palate
Fresh barley, honey, toasted brown sugar, oak, and cinnamon.
Finish
Cereal, clove, and cooked pear.
