Forest distillery has opened up another cask of blended malt whisky for Blend No. Four! Blend No. Four was then further aged at the distillery in 50 year old Oloroso sherry casks, left for much longer than the previous releases, and contains a smaller amount of peated malt. Bottled using the distillery spring water at 47% ABV.
Nutella on rye toast, caramel and orange peels.
Lightly smoky, with chocolatey notes taking the lead on the palate.
Milky coffee and brown sugar, with a hint of dried earth to it.

I’ve had all four blends now. They are getting better and better. Seriously good value too
Incredible whisky. I was very lucky to get an early bottle and it didn’t disappoint
