This English single malt was fermented, distilled, matured, and bottled at the Forest distillery in the Peak District. Distilled from barley grown in Cheshire, the whisky matured in a pair of French oak casks for three years in the cellars of the distillery's home at the Cat & Fiddle Inn, yielding a total of just 200 bottles.
