Single cask double still whisky from the fantastic Filliers distillery, released under their Goldlys name. These Belgian distillers use malted barley and carefully selected grains to make their whisky, and finish them in a selection of Sherry casks - this particular 12 year old expression was finished in casks that previously held Amontillado Sherry.
Nutty oak, marmalade, a hint of ripe banana.
Caramel, cacao, orange pith, icing sugar and clove.
Baking spices, honey'd cereal, juicy sultanas.
