After distillation in 2017, this single malt from Spirit of Yorkshire distillery matured in a first fill bourbon hogshead and then re-racked into a Pedro Ximénez cask. After this, the English whisky was bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd for it's spring 2023 release with an outturn of 356 bottles, naturally coloured and without chill filtration.
Rich spice, barley sugar, with candied orange peel.
Unctuous. Creamy grain, spiced figs in syrup, and warm oak.
Sweet, with cinnamon spice.
