Description
The sixth release in Filey Bay’s annual Sherry Cask Reserve series, matured entirely in first-fill ex-oloroso casks and showing a spectacular natural colour. This edition leans into richer, darker flavours that complement the distillery’s naturally light and fruity character. A fittingly indulgent whisky for the end of the year.

Nose
Black treacle and dense fruitcake with warm dried fruit and soft spice.
Palate
Blackcurrant jam, cola sweets, and rich treacle flavours with a plush, velvety sweetness.
Finish
Dark, sticky fruit and gentle spice lingering long.
