The fifth batch of Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery was released toward the end of 2024. The English single malt showcases the distillery's house style, bolstered by two varieties of sherry cask maturation, moscatel for bright, creamy notes, and Pedro Ximénez for rich layers of dried fruit and spice.
