A single cask salute to the UK's independent whisky retailers (including us, thanks!) from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. This refill sherry cask was chosen to showcase Filey Bay’s field-to-bottle approach in full clarity, distilled in 2018, and bottled exclusively for specialist shops in 2025. Elegant, characterful and wonderfully honest.
Apple skins, golden sultanas, vanilla pods, and a hint of soft oak spice.
Clean and balanced with dried apricot, lemon peel, malt biscuits, and gentle spice.
Smooth and subtly nutty, with lingering honey and a touch of coastal salinity.
