The Filey Bay brand has already established that this is a combo that works rather well for its spirit, so once again it has collaborated with sibling company Wold Top Brewery to finish its whisky in casks that previously held Scarborough Fair IPA beer.

Nose
Cooked apple, malty biscuity, bright tropical fruit, and oak spice.
Palate
Pear drops, aromatic spice, foam banana sweets, roasted almonds, and buttered sourdough.
Finish
Floral honey and grassy barley linger with green apple sweetness.
