Fielden Hazybower
A vibrant, floral English whisky from Fielden’s regenerative grain fields, Hazybower is the second release in its Fieldnotes series. Crafted from a mix of heritage rye, wheat and barley grown as diverse field blends, it’s matured primarily in reused American oak and a portion in a Tokaji wine cask, drawing out citrus and honeyed floral tones.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Bursting with wildflowers, clover honey and chamomile tea. Lemon zest, dried apricot and meadow herbs float in, with a whisper of sweet spice.
Palate
Soft and fresh, with notes of lemon tart, puffed grains and honeysuckle. A silky texture carries through orange blossom, soft vanilla and green herbal layers.
Finish
Clean and lingering, with a floral lift and gentle rye warmth.
