A single cask Fettercairn single matlt, aged for 8 years in a bourbon hogshead - from March 2009 to October 2017. Following maturation, this was independently bottled by A.D. Rattray with an outturn of only 280 bottles.
Biscuit dough, dried orange, toffee and peppercorn.
Oily barley, stem ginger and a touch of nutmeg.
Citrus-y hops and candle wax.
