Fettercairn 8 Year Old 2008 - Hepburn's Choice
An 8 year old Fettercairn, aged in a single Sherry hogshead from 2008 to 2016. Following that maturation, it was bottled with an outturn of 407 bottles by Langside as part of the Hepburn's Choice range. No relation to Audrey.

Nose
Hot Cross Buns, barley sugar sweeties, juicy apple.
Palate
Lager, sponge cake, a touch of crystallised ginger.
Finish
Slightly chocolatey on the finish.
