Distilled all the way back in December 1988, this Fettercairn then spent the following 30 years (three whole decades!) in a pair of hogsheads. After that lengthy time period passed, Signatory bottled the single malt in February 2019. 403 bottles of the Highlander were released for the Cask Strength Collection, at 54.5% ABV.
Old leather, brown sugar and candied lemon with prominent oaky notes.
