Unfortunately, we can't ship Fettercairn 28 Year Old 1988 - Small Batch (WM Cadenhead) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
Well-matured Fettercairn single malt here, independently bottled by WM Cadenhead for their Small batch range. This was distilled in 1988 and drawn from a trio of bourbon hogshead in 2017, before being bottled at cask strength. 750 bottles were produced.
Nose: Richly malty. Notes of waxy peels and buttered Hot Cross Buns.
Palate: A hint of roasted oak as it opens, before sugary biscuits and fig notes appear.
Finish: Raspberries, pear and caramel.
