This was distilled at the Fettercairn distillery on the 31st May 1989. It was aged in hogshead number 1374 before bottling for the Carn Mor range in August 2012. A release of 187 numbered bottles.
Nose: Hints of dried strawberry jam and lime zest. Beeswax. Malty.
Palate: A touch of manuka honey and stem ginger, pralines, nutmeg and allspice. Thick barley malt core.
Finish: Lemon curd and allspice. Very intense.
