This Highland single malt was matured for 22 years before it was drawn from a single bourbon barrel for Càrn Mòr's Celebration of the Cask series at a cask strength 58.1% ABV. With a release of just 196 bottles, if you want to get your hands on this beauty from Fettercairn, you better move quickly...
Toasted brioche, dried apricots, heather and stem ginger, as well as a prickle of white pepper.
Crème caramel, orchard fruits, earthy vanilla and fresh gingerbread.
Drying oak, toffee and a little red apple.
