This Highland single malt was matured for 22 years before it was drawn from a single bourbon barrel for Càrn Mòr's Celebration of the Cask series at a cask strength 58.1% ABV. Nose
Toasted brioche, dried apricots, heather and stem ginger, as well as a prickle of white pepper.
Palate
Crème caramel, orchard fruits, earthy vanilla and fresh gingerbread.
Finish
Drying oak, toffee and a little red apple.
