A Signatory bottling of 20-year-old Fettercairn Highland single malt, matured in a pair of hogshead casks from October 1997 to June 2018. It was then bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% ABV, appropriately without any chill-filtration or additional colours.
Salted peanuts, sweet tobacco and a slight mineral note provide a backdrop to prominent notes of caramelised banana and dark raw honey.
Nutty barley, golden syrup and prickles of nutmeg and allspice.
Burnt brown sugar and warming black pepper.
