An Old Malt Cask bottling of 20 year old Fettercairn single malt, drawn from a single refill hogshead (where it matured from January 1997 to April 2017). Just 328 bottles were produced, independently bottled by Hunter Laing.
Enjoyably herbal and earthy, with a hint of sweet custard and vanilla biscuits.
Menthol, basil and a touch of soft oak. Dark chocolate bitterness develops later on.
Dry spices and a hint of thyme.
