Unfortunately, we can't ship Fettercairn 20 Year Old 1997 (cask 13738) - Old Malt Cask (Hunter Laing) to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
An Old Malt Cask bottling of 20 year old Fettercairn single malt, drawn from a single refill hogshead (where it matured from January 1997 to April 2017). Just 328 bottles were produced, independently bottled by Hunter Laing.
Nose: Enjoyably herbal and earthy, with a hint of sweet custard and vanilla biscuits.
Palate: Menthol, basil and a touch of soft oak. Dark chocolate bitterness develops later on.
Finish: Dry spices and a hint of thyme.
