Fettercairn 20 YO 1995 Bottling Note

Fantastic Fettercairn, bottled by Douglas Laing! This was distilled in November 1995, aged in a single cask for 20 years then bottled in February 2016 with an outturn of 281 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Apple and pears, oranges and lemons. Oak spices develops after a few minutes in the glass.

Palate: Not quite as fruity as the nose, with most focus on the bourbon-y vanilla notes this time.

Finish: Toffee and a touch of citrus peels.
