Yet another awesome indie Fettercarin, independently bottled by Douglas Laing! Distilled in November 2004, this single malt rested in a singe refill butt for the next 15 years. It was bottled in November 2019, yielding 355 bottles for the Old Particular series. Heaps of citrus peels and jammy berries to enjoy in this Highlander!
Homemade berry jam, dried apricot and sultana.
Wood spice leads into orange oil, barley sugar and polished oak.
Crystallised ginger, baking spice and orange peel.
