Bourbon
From the fabulous Fettercairn, this single malt was distilled in 2011 and treated to a decade long rest in bourbon barrels. In 2021, the casks were opened by independent bottler Càrn Mòr, releasing an outturn of 1,244 bottles for its Strictly Limited collection.
Malted chocolate, creamy vanilla, and a whiff of peach balanced by notes of rich coffee and nutty spice.
More stone fruits, toasted almonds, and caramel pastries with a hint of herbal oak.
Gingersnaps, crunchy barley, floral peach, peppery oak.
