This Highlander was distilled over at Fettercairn in 2009, and was then left to mature in a pair of hogsheads for the next decade. Once the single malt had reached its 10th birthday, Càrn Mòr decided it was time to independently bottle the whisky for the Strictly Limited range. The two casks yielded 690 bottles at 47.5% ABV.
Banana milkshake, barley sugar, orange chocolate, coconut cream and nutty oak.
Sweet malt and tropical fruit, with oak spice and a touch of mint chocolate.
Stewed apple with a good sprinkling of baking spice.
