A.D. Rattray has bottled up a fab Fettercairn single malt! It was distilled on 31 March 2009 and rested in a single bourbon hogshead for a decade, then bottled just before its 11th birthday on 9 March 2020. The cask yielded 290 bottles at 58.9% ABV, released for the Cask Collection.
Green apple skin, vanilla shortbread and orange curd, with spiced nuts.
Candied ginger and barley sugar, with floral honey and green oak.
Waxy vanilla, honeycomb and rich notes of mocha.
