10 year old single malt from Fettercairn, independently bottled by Mossburn. It was distilled in 2008 and after a decade, the Mossburn folks bottled it up at 46% ABV for the Vintage Casks range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Dried barley and soft cedar earthiness, with cooked plum sweetness developing.
Palate
Slightly oily pine, balanced by cookie dough and stone fruit.
Finish
Citrus peels, black pepper and a hint of cola cube sweeties.
