Description
Cracking Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Ezra Brooks, bottled up at 99 proof (or 49.5% ABV, if you prefer the alcohol measurements found on this side of the Atlantic Ocean). Made with a mash of corn, rye, and barley, it boasts a rounded flavour profile of toffee, chocolate, and softly toasty spices. More than suitable for giving your Manhattan or Old Fashioned an upgrade.

Nose
Cinnamon gum, vanilla pod, flamed orange peel.
Palate
Milk chocolate, buttery at points, more cinnamon, brown sugar.
Finish
A solid kick of rye on the finish.
