Elijah Craig has long been a favourite bourbon of many whiskey enthusiasts - to the point where their stocks of 12 year old bourbon have been under a lot of pressure. The producers made the decision to discontinue the 12 Year Old expression and create this expression to take its place. It manages to maintain the incredibly high quality that Elijah Craig is known for, including the delicious core of cooked apple drizzled in honey notes. This expression has been well received, taking home not one but two San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold medals!

I’d never tried this bourbon before, and I enjoyed it very much. Those notes of vanilla, caramel, honey and charred oak made for an exquisite olefactory and taste experience. All of a sudden, it’s my favourite bourbon. :)
I am a big fan of burbouns and always trying new brands. One of my most favourite being Angels Envy. Eagle Rare was my best option i could find in big super market. Till I found Elijah Craig. Ussualy i drink burboun with one or two ice cubes, but Elijah Craig took it to the next level, it tastes so good and so smooth for 47% that i drank the whole bottle ( not at onece) without adding a single ice cube, neat. Amazing drink
From the very first sip, it's evident that this is a spirit crafted with unparalleled care and precision. The complexity of flavors in this bourbon is nothing short of extraordinary. The rich, deep caramel and vanilla notes are simply sublime, mingling beautifully with the warm, toasty oak undertones. It's as if each drop has been aged to perfection. Highly recommend, will be purchasing again.
Took a punt on this, as normally I drink Jack, but was well worth the extra money. Big flavour and tasted creamy
Elijah Craig gets a solid 5 stars from me. The smell of caramel and vanilla is awesome, and the taste with hints of toffee and a bit of spice is really good. It goes down super smooth and leaves a warm feeling. The aftertaste of oak and sweetness is nice. Among bourbons, Elijah Craig is top-notch.
