This handsome Highlander is brought to us by Keeble Cask Company as part of its Elevenses collection. The single malt spent 11 years maturing in a refill bourbon hogshead between 2014 and 2025, and it's packed with layers of honeyed malt and barley sugar sweeties balanced by elegant waves of gentle peat smoke. A release of 352 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Floral malt, a touch of brine, fresh mint, and gentle peat smoke, with syrupy fruit and creamy white chocolate.
Palate
Crunchie bars, set honey, and barley sugars bring sweet balance to zesty lemon peels and peppermint.
Finish
Vanilla fudge, fruit pastries, liqourice, and peaty, peppery warmth.
