Get stuck into this Lowland treat, hailing from an undisclosed Fife distillery, and brought to us by Keeble Cask Company as part of the Elenvenses collection. This unpeated single malt spent seven years maturing and was treated to a finish in a Tequila barrel, bringing gentle notes of agave and honey to join waves of waxy malt and gentle spice.
Tropical and sweet with notes of foam bananas, cooked pineapple, and syrupy sponge. Waxy honeycomb and a touch of sawdust join in time.
Toasted marzipan and warming ginger, silky honey and notes of agave syrup, with layers of zesty citrus, candied red fruits, and peppery heat.
