From Eigashima (White Oak) distillery in Japan's Hyogo Prefectures comes this lightly peated single malt Japanese whisky. This expression of Akashi matured in bourbon casks for five years.

Sweet vanilla and caramel, with biscuit notes.
Palate
Poached orchard fruits, woody spices, and distant bonfire smoke.
