Egan's Conviction

An exquisite Irish whiskey from Egan's, Conviction combines a blend of single malt and single grain, each matured for a decade in bourbon casks, before being married in Cognac casks! There are plenty of fruity, floral notes to explore here, with a good balance of sturdy spice. A marvellous one to sip slowly of an evening.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Honeysuckle, soft peaches, toasted almonds, a touch of lemon zest.

Palate Still floral with silky honey, soft notes of fresh apricot, and denser, sweet prunes. Notes of sweet granola, toasted nuts, and leathery oak build.

Finish A creamy balance of earthen oak, warming spice, and dried fruits.
