Edradour No.2 8 Year Old 1st Fill Châteauneuf du Pape Hogshead - Anniversary Release (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Celebrating 40 years in the whisky industry for Andrew Symington, owner of Edradour and independent bottler Signatory Vintage, this eight-year-old Highland single malt was distilled in 2018 at Edradour No.2, the distillery's second production site. It spent its entire maturation in first-fill Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine hogsheads, bringing plenty of dark fruit, spice, and vinous richness to Edradour's famously full-bodied spirit. Bottled in 2026 at 57.1% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour, it's one of two special releases marking Symington's four decades in whisky.
