The sequel to the first batch of Edradour single malt Scotch whisky finish in Super Tuscan wine casks. For those curious, a Super Tuscan wine is one produced in Tuscany and does not adhere to the traditional local DOC(G) regulations. This Highland whisky from Edradour was distilled in April 2006 and bottled in September 2014 at 8 years old following a finishing period in the aforementioned wine casks.
