To celebrate 200 years of distilling in the prettiest pocket of Perthshire, Edradour has gone all out with this 30-year-old single cask beauty. Distilled in 1995 and matured in a Châteauneuf-du-Pape hogshead, bottled at its cask strength of 55.1% ABV, un-chillfiltered and natural in colour, only 129 bottles exist.
Layers of red berries, spiced plum, and polished oak, with hints of cigar box and dark chocolate.
Sumptuous and full-bodied, unfolding notes of cherry compote, black tea, and leather, laced with sweet wine richness.
Long, warming, and luxurious, leaving echoes of fruit, spice, and old oak grandeur.
