From a release of 682 bottles, this was distilled at Edradour in 1985 and matured for 24 years in a Pedro Ximenez dessert sherry cask before bottling at cask strength in April of 2009.
Nose Dark chocolate, pecan tart, sourdough, vanilla, cloves and ground nutmeg.
Palate Fruity, sweet and creamy with notes of marmalade, pecans, almond maple syrup and custard.
Finish Dry, calves leather cedar wood.
