Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Oak, apricots and golden sultanas. Honeyed barley and sweet dates.

Palate Sweet maltiness, nutmeg and orchid fruits.

Finish Soft oak with hints of apple and jasmine.

I'm sorry, but I don't like the idea of putting the whisky into just any barrel no matter what. To me, this smells and tastes like a dry acidic white wine from which I will get heart burn. I don't think it fits at all.
